Nifty seeks builders and drivers!
This is a construction job with technical aspects that must be mastered to be successful. You will be operating battery-powered drills, impact drivers, laser-leveling tools, gas-powered post-drivers, and climbing ladders. This position requires overnight travel while being on the road for up to 4 nights every other week. Weeks that are not spent on the road can involve early departures to reach a build site. It is hard but rewarding work.
Beginning workers start by learning each step of the building process. If you emerge as a leader, we will soon be asking you to take on more responsibility on job sites and your compensation will reflect this. Ideal candidates are strong, creative, smart, and understand the complexity of building and solving problems on farms and construction sites. CDL gets you serious points with us.
